Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Guava TV uses information to provide accounts, playback, member features and support. Account records include sign-in identity, watch history, favorites, subscriptions, coin and VIP transactions, payment receipts, mission rewards and invitation activity. These records are scoped to Guava TV.
Google sign-in uses Firebase Authentication and may provide your Google account identifier, verified email and display name. Guava TV does not receive your Google password. Keep your account recovery QR code private: it is a credential, not a public profile image.
Necessary session and visitor cookies support sign-in and abuse prevention. Language, theme, volume and playback progress may be saved in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete server account records. Information is retained for account operation, transaction records, security and support; this notice does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
Cloudflare delivers the site and media; Firebase handles optional Google sign-in and NOWPayments handles available checkout. Service providers receive information needed for their functions, including network and browser information when contacted. Their own privacy policies also apply.
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact support@tiktok-promax.com. Requests are reviewed with account ownership, security and transaction obligations in mind. Never send your password, recovery QR code or full payment credentials. Cookie preferences let you reject optional analytics and advertising or withdraw consent later.
Optional integrations: Google Analytics 4 receives coarse public page categories after analytics consent. Searches, content identifiers, account/referral pages, queries and referrers are excluded; Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. HilltopAds banners and HilltopAds/EvaDav popunders require advertising consent and confirmed non-VIP status. Popunders open on eligible drama links, with separate limits of three attempts per hour and ten minutes between attempts for each provider. EvaDav in-page ads remain under moderation. AdSense ownership verification is configured; Google ads remain off until site review is complete. JuicyAds was replaced by AdSense. Cookie preferences allow independent choices and withdrawal; the consent choice lasts up to 180 days. GA cookies use the Guava-specific prefix and are removed when analytics permission is withdrawn.
