These terms govern use of Guava TV’s non-adult AI short-drama service and member features. Guava TV has no minimum viewer-age gate. Check each story’s synopsis and genres for suitability. Payment and sign-in providers may impose their own eligibility requirements; publication, safety and access rules remain enforced.
Keep your account and recovery QR code secure. Favorites, subscriptions, missions and invitations require a registered member where indicated. Do not misuse accounts, manipulate rewards, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Rewards depend on server-verified eligibility and the rules shown for each activity.
Check the price, currency, duration and available benefits before purchasing coins or VIP. NOWPayments processes available checkout; benefits are granted only after the server confirms payment. A checkout redirect is not payment confirmation. Coins are site credits for eligible features, and each offer’s displayed conditions apply.
Eligible episode downloads cost 30 coins per episode for non-VIP members. Active VIP includes unlimited eligible downloads and ad-free viewing. Download availability and viewing access are separate: VIP does not override publication, safety, rights or inherited access restrictions.
Media rights remain with their creators or rights holders. Catalog inclusion does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement or a licensing guarantee. Viewing and eligible downloads are for personal use under the service’s access rules; redistribution requires the rights holder’s permission. Content availability can change. Respect the rights of creators and other users; access or a download does not grant permission to redistribute content. For billing issues or refund requests, provide your order reference and a description to support@tiktok-promax.com. Requests are reviewed against payment status, the purchased offer and applicable rights. These terms do not waive rights provided by applicable law.
